FOOD MINISTRIES

Imago Dei Church at the 45 hosts a Food Distribution every 2nd Saturday of the month, starting at 9:00 a.m. Most of the food comes from the Montgomery Area Food Bank, and therefore we adhere to their guidelines regarding who qualifies to receive food. In addition to the food, we desire to pray for, share the Gospel with, and build relationships with each person that comes to the distribution.

By God’s grace, Imago Dei Church at the 45 has built relationships with several local schools. Through those relationships, Imago Dei has regular meals and devotions for sports teams, organizes and administers special events, and regularly raises and donates school supplies.

Imago Dei Church at the 45 to be a church that is actively involved in the community. Therefore, Imago Dei often partners with local first responders and organizations, among others, to provide services and programs that benefit the local communities physically and spiritually.  

Imago Dei Church believes the church should take the Gospel into the community, as Jesus clearly commanded in the Great Commission. Therefore, through God’s provision, we have a “Mobile Church” that consists of an enclosed trailer, tables, chairs, pole tent, sound system, etc. that we can take into different local communities and set up to host tent revivals, bible studies, Vacation Bible School, and other Gospel events.  

At Imago Dei, all our ministries are designed to point people to Jesus. And kids are no different! At Imago Dei, we strive to to maintain an engaging and fun Christ-centered environment for kids to grow in Jesus. And we seek to partner with parents to equip them with tools to lead their children along their faith journey.

We have dedicated spaces for nursery, pre-school, and elementary age kids.

At Imago Dei, we desire to provide a place for teenagers to be loved and appreciated while being challenged by the Gospel. We use recreational time to enjoy God and His creation, and serious time to seek after God and grow our faith in Him. We also strive to equip parents with the tools they need to lead their students to glorify Christ. After all, parents are the primary influence in their student's life.

At Imago Dei, we desire to strengthen families, marriages, and individuals for the glory of Christ. Through our Bible studies and events, we strive to create community that encourages and equips our adults to be Christ-like leaders in every area of their lives.
